Short Pump Town Center has made a commitment to do our part to save energy and help protect the environment. Join us and take the ENERGY STAR Change a Light Pledge to change at least one light at home to an energy-efficient one, and help us reach our goal of 3,000! It's a small step that's already making a big difference. Take the Energy Star Change a Light Pledge. The first 200 shoppers to come to Guest Services and pledge to make the switch to more energy efficient lighting will receive a fluorescent light bulb.

| Central Virginia Wind Symphony Performance |

The Central Virginia Wind Symphony will perform an exciting concert on Mother’s Day weekend at Short Pump Town Center. The ensemble is comprised of the most talented high school musicians in Central Virginia. Participants come from schools in the City of Richmond, Colonial Heights, Henrico, Hanover and Chesterfield Counties. Mike Goldberg, is the group’s Music Director and Conductor.
The concert is free of charge and will be held Friday evening, May 9th at 7:15 P.M. The program will feature genres of light classics, show tunes, and marches. Come out and enjoy some great musical entertainment and support our local high school musicians!

Mother's Against Drunk Driving (MADD) is hosting a family walkathon to raise awareness of their mission and to raise funds to help achieve their goal. The three mile walk will offer entertainment, prizes, and a health fair as well as fun activities for children and adults. The Summer Concert Series returns beginning May 30th and continuing every Friday evening (weather permitting) through August 29th.
