Short term leasing or “Specialty” Leasing is a great way to test market a product with less of a time commitment, lower overhead costs and operating on an RMU (cart) means instant visibility to the shopper because your business is situated in the open common area.

List of Opportunities:

Typically there is an array of Specialty Leasing opportunities available within a shopping center. Here are some examples:
Retail Merchandising Units (also known as RMU's or Mall Carts) are the quickest and easiest way to establish your retail presence in a center. Our RMU's have 360 degree visibility and provide an excellent reach with opportunities available in high traffic areas. RMU’s are available on a three (3) month minimum and up to one (1) year maximum.

Temporary In-Line Stores enable you to take advantage of seasonal vacancies of in-line retail spaces in our center. These offerings give you a great opportunity to turn your business into an established presence within a regional shopping center accompanied by national retailers on a test or temporary basis so you can gauge the potential to expand without making the large financial commitment of a full lease. In-Line Spaces are rented on a one (1) year minimum basis or may be available seasonally.

In-Center Advertising

Opportunities exist to promote your business, such as billboard style advertising and free standing displays throughout the common area, event & activity partnerships, Food Court advertising, sponsorships, mobile marketing events, etc. The visual presentation and or signage must be pre-approved by Management Office prior to installation.
