Summer Concert Series Band Booking Information
The Summer Concert Series has drawn thousands of people each year to Short Pump Town Center for the outdoor musical event. Styles of music we seek vary, but include: rock, country, 80s, blues, jazz, etc. We have a need for most genres of music.
If you have a band and are interested in being considered for the Summer Concert Series, please mail or drop off a press kit that includes the following:
- A demo CD, track listing and lyrics to the CD. (We cannot view myspace pages, listen to your music on your website or receive music via emails)
- A biography/history of your band
- Listing of dates and venues of your past/upcoming performances
- Web site address if band has one.
- Current publicity photo if available.
- Suggested rate information

You can also drop off your band's press kit at the Guest Services Desk located on the Lower Level, Main Plaza.
We will review each press kit submitted and keep it on file in our offices.
We receive dozens of requests each week from bands who are interested in performing at Short Pump Town Center. Please do not call us to discuss your band or to see if we received your press kit. Your materials need to sell themselves. If we are interested in your band performing at Short Pump Town Center, we will contact you.
