Texas de Brazil, a premier Brazilian steakhouse, combining the cuisines of Southern Brazil with the generous spirit of Texas, will open at Short Pump Town Center in Summer 2012. The restaurant will offer its signature menu consisting of a variety of grilled meats; all prepared in the traditional Brazilian method over an open flame and carved tableside by the restaurant’s authentically costumed, Brazilian cowboys, or “Gauchos”. The menu also includes the 50-item gourmet seasonal salad area, which includes appetizers, soups, salads and an assortment of gourmet cheeses. Specialty cocktails such as the Caipirinha compliment the flavors of each dining experience, or a bottle of wine selected by one of the restaurant’s in-house wine connoisseur’s from extensive lists create the perfect pairing. Guests also may indulge in one of Texas de Brazil’s many dessert selections; relax with an after-dinner drink, steaming espresso or, a hand-rolled cigar.
